Is there a way to make it bigger? I can barely see the icon on the tabard haha
You can see the tabard previewed in the selection window AND your very character in the center of the screen at the same time.
I realized this also only after 3-4 tries.
No way to make it bigger.
It’s just the size that panels in WoW used to be. If you ask me they should all be the size of our character panel but they’re going in the direction of full screen panels that ignore UI scale and other accessibility features 
Because all the panels are so big most people zoom their UI waaaaaay out. I do, too. Hence this problem. I’m at 0.58 UI scale.
We may find some clever addon maker improve it, but I agree it’s awful in it’s current state.
The whole tabard system for guilds and personal needs an overhaul IMO.
