pet bar on warlock has moved and changed to some old crappy bar thats fixed above the standard action bar… meaning it’s hiding behind ‘action bar 2’ Is there no option in game to alter or reposition this? or why is this happening??

Yes it’s something new 
It’s known already US forum en reddit have posted a script to reset the bar or use an addon Moveany from curseforge.
/script PetActionButton1:ClearAllPoints() PetActionButton1:SetPoint(“BOTTOMLEFT”,fpet,“BOTTOMLEFT”,650,100)
The bar will reset though with every new login and also after dismounting. So you have to put out a macro button for this until they fix it.
