I managed to complete a playthrough of FEAR: Extraction Point. Jesus christ that has to be the scariest horrorgame I’ve ever played. It’s as if they took the original game and cranked the horrorfactor up by 10 times. The only game where I actually had to -force- myself to play till the end.
But I did it.

Everywhere gets epic storms but my town is in a valley sort of thing so everything passes around us 
Wishing for a thunderstorm is one of those cases of “You think you do, but you don’t.” My dad was missed by a lightningstrike only by a meter long ago, and a gradeschool classmate lost his mom thanks to one, so you guys are going to understand I don’t share the sentiment of wishing a thunderstorm passes over your head.

Thunderstorms are nice as long as you can get excited with that sense of primitive fear that something could happen although it’s more likely to not happen. But when it causes damage, you’ll start hating it. It’s curious how we tend to view these forces of nature that are out of our control.
Back to the topic: it’s so sunny and warm here I’m actually more keen on going out than playing video games. I’d actually sleep through days and go cycling in the night if there wasn’t obligations that needed to be done during daytime. :'D
Got a nice £50 for some crap games I traded in with a local games shop and bought Pokemon Sapphire. Now I’m only missing seven of the main games 8D
The latest HotS update added Mei, but onto more important things they also added the Thraller Bill.

have the big brain idea to try and poison dart myself to heal.

Made a new night elf fairly recently. Decided he was going to rock a manbun IC – commissioned art to reflect it and got several pieces in the last few days. Then tonight, the new night elf manbun customisation is revealed. I think the universe is on my side and I love it. I’ll never say another bad word about Ion ever again, he’s my guy.

One of my groups just defeated a band of hobs. One of the enemies was a spellcaster who I offhand mentioned only had one good eye. One of the players took this to mean they had a glass eye instead of an empty socket, and rather than correcting them I rolled with it and made the glass eye magical. Gave it a “lesser” ability for being held and a “greater” one when in an eye socket.
The player immediately has their character gouge out their own eye and replace it with the glass eye. No hesitation.
God it’s a good job I don’t mess around with cursed items isn’t it?
