As someone who grew up on poems from LOTR, I’m absolutely loving Clamavi de Profundis’s rendition of them in song. I think they perfectly nailed their spirit.

The Wandering Ancient mount finally made its way to my collection. And I seriously love it.
Been unemployed for over a year, and two days ago my tattoo artist sent me a message and asked me if I had any luck with finding a job. He offered me a position in the tattoo studio and I went there today for our scheduled interview.
I’m starting next week! Working in a tattoo studio has been my life-long dream. I still can’t grasp that this is actually happening lmaooo

Had my first bit of RP with a stranger in a long long time! Nothing particularly exciting and it all lasted all about 15 minutes before I went to bed, but it was great!

My child of Torcali is growing up so fast and I am very proud of her.

Three Wishes is the best Hearthstone brawl ever. The decks are random but feature a degree of synergy beyond the other random brawls, and having the wishes (and a decent understanding of how Zephrys’s effect works) means you’re not totally screwed on turns where you have nothing else to play.
Work has been putting me in a down mood lately but my dog’s been walking up to me a lot of times to cuddle and play so coming home from work is my usual highlight of the day. 
my daughter got a box of toy animals for her birthday a few weeks ago that i bought her. she loves animals which i think is cool. anyway, of all the animals in the box (lions, zebras, giraffes etc.) her favourite by far was the platypus. her vocabulary is very limited, but she learned it’s name very quickly, even if pronounced very poorly, and took it everywhere with her
i thought it was funny that out of all of the animals in there, that weird duck/beaver thing was the one she bonded with
so this week i got her a big plush platypus to compliment her little plastic one and she was super hyped and losing her mind when i opened the box. it’s the little things like that right now that keep me going when everything else is going crappy
