Pet Delights, positivity thread #2

He also met Bruce Lee, despite the time lines not matching up, he did meet him though, promise, he also knows ancient massaging techniques that he 100% doesnt bring up in creepy ways specifically only around other actresses

Additionally, while serving as stunt coordinator for Out for Justice, LeBell allegedly got into an on-set altercation with Seagal over his mistreatment of some of the film’s stunt performers. After the actor claimed that, due to his aikido training, he was “immune” to being choked unconscious, LeBell offered Seagal the opportunity to prove it. LeBell is said to have placed his arms around Seagal’s neck, and once Seagal said “go”, proceeded to choke him unconscious, with Seagal losing control of his bowels.

Yeah I remember seing that mentioned on an interview lol, the idea that anyone could best the Sensei does seem far fetched though, I mean, he taught Anderson Silva how to do kicks n stuff, he beat up Mike Tyson in real life in one of his many bars ect

If Silva had stuck with Steve hed had beaten Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou n retired as GOAT, but alas, another great what if scenario in the world of combat sports

Prime vs prime, who wins between Silva and GSP?

GSP beats him imo, shame it never happened, GSP is just more well rounded n a far better athlete imo. (I also think Kamaru Usman beats prime Silva tbh)

RIP LEGEND :pensive:

He has the goofiest run ever, so weird considering hes athletically/genetically the most impressive man of all time, an absolute stud

Kamaru Usman vs George St-Pierre

I think St-Pierre

What Kamaru has against a lot of opponents is wrestling, but I think GSP could match or even outwrestle him, and I think the striking falls in GSPs favour.

Dan Hardy makes a good point about wrestlers learning striking in that their punches are often better mechanically because they don’t fight with emotion and see it as a competition, but I believe GSPs training from the likes of Freddie Roach and Jon Danaher have allowed him to hone his techniques in much the same way.

People can criticize it as being boring, but its effective.

Tl:dr GSP is just superior in most aspects

Yeah I could see GSP winning that, tbh I could see it going either way, unsure about the wrestling, striking I would give GSP the edge but I feel Kamaru likely hits a good bit harder and the grappling I feel Kamaru would have a physical strength advantage, would be a great fight none the less prime for prime (I feel Kamaru is currently in his prime, ish)
