Pet Passive does NOT work for me

I use “assist” for my pets for some time.Dificult to use “normal” keyboard for me.

Finally got modified keyboard which i can use now to control my pets (Arthritis is b*tch )
Like in old days Ctrl-1 ,Ctrl-2 etc.
I did change Icon in pet bar on “passive” (Your pet won’t attack until ordered to do so),but my pets still attacking & acting like that they are on “assist” mode.
I did try command /pet passive (it change icon to passive) ,but pets still “assisting” .
I did disable all addons,restart the game etc…I would like to try some Thorgast now with this keybord (finaly I got control of my pets).
I did try some “normal” keybords to…same.Pets are stuck on “assist”.
Any help,please.

…I did try on my affliction warlock.Pet on passive IS passive…
My Woidwallker is just looking how the mobs hiting me & does NOT attack until ordered to do so.

Do you have any pet abilities macrod into your own abilities?

No addons,no macros …NOTHING.

On my warlock same PC with or without the addons works like it should.
“Your pet won’t attack until ordered to do so”

You seem to be level 11 and BM specced, if the armory isnt outdated.

Maybe its because you’re BM and have abilities like kill command which is automatically tied to your pet?

Have you tried going MM? I’m MM specced and setting pet on passive works for me(I just tried).

Your pet will automatically attack the target if you use kill command regardless of whether its set to passive or not.

Talking about level 60.This is forum alt.
Talking about:
Auto Shot …pet attack target ,bite the target & run back to me.
Cobra Shot …pet sometimes ,not always attack the target & stays attacking target.
Those 2 should NOT direct pets into attack.
Not shure about:
Barbed Shot (Tooltip says puts pet into frenzy … attack? or not)

Barbed Shot has a built-in charge mechanic for your pet to engage the enemy target.

If you use that ability, the pet will attack no matter what stance you’ve set it to. Passive or otherwise.

It works(the charge) even if your pet is feared by an enemy. Use Barbed Shot and it will charge the target and if you also have the Stomp-talent it will stomp the ground, despite being feared.
