Some did, like the priest order hall follower ‘‘Ward something’’, and the Crimson Pilgrims are also former (I assume) members of the Scarlet Onslaught, since they share gear with the Ward lady.

True, but speaking of them, I find it odd that they still don the Scarlet colors, I mean, you’d think they’d try to distance themselves from the image of a bunch of holy murderhobos.

Could also be a sort of ‘mark of shame’ thing.
Instead of a scarlet letter, it’s a scarlet robe.
Maybe they have a longstanding agreement with their clothing supplier where they get a really good bulk discount on items in red, so they’re sort of tied into the colour because they haven’t budgeted for an increase in cost.

We’ve had all the Black Dragons murdered, only for more to just pop up.
Death doesn’t work for originations in WoW, they just come back later due to their access to cloning facilities.
