no ty I don’t approve of strong, female characters
If that’s what you’re calling her… Strong seems a bit of a stretch.
Strong enough to intimidate me
Moody, Moody, Moody… I take it you won’t be playing the other Uncharted where you’re Chloe?
Hm, I can’t think of any other games really. My life is now Gears and Dragon Age.
I did play a femelf in DA:I, which I don’t regret. But I had powerful Solas to console me there.
I have considered playing the Uncharted expansion, but it depends on how much I like Uncharted 4 I suppose. I’m not a big fan of Chloe’s disharmonious voice. Girl looks 20 and sounds 60.
Also it’s weirdly expensive.
Basically it’s between Arkham series and Red Dead 2 for me at this point
I find Arkham got quite repetitive in Knight. Preferred Red Dead, but it can be a non-starter for some.
And how dare you besmirch her voice! She is a national treasure. I’ll bite you!
At least she’s not Laura Bailey playing Laura Bailey
I don’t know who that is.
You know. You just don’t know that you know.
Laura Bailey voices jaina.
Oh. Jaina. And she’s Kait in Gears… I actually like her voice.
I hate Black Mirror.
I thought I recognised her voice!
Gears 5 was okay, like 7 or 8/10. Dialogue writing was mostly pretty bad and there were a whooooole lot of one-shot kill mechanics but the rest of the game was very solid.
There often is one shot kill mechanics. Beserkers like to stand on you, bad weather comes for you or similar. #razerhail
I really enjoyed it either way.
Just remembered, I got killed by a worm in one shot purely by accident so many times in Gears 2. “Use the worm as cover!” it… it killed me!
It wouldn’t bother me as much if the checkpoints were a little better. You clear out one group of enemies, the second group spawns, you’re getting through them and you’ve almost-OOPS DROPSHOT KILLED YOU BACK TO THE BEGINNING
I’m back home, and I miss my cat. (Technically my parents’ cat, and he wouldn’t be happy where I live, but I’m his favorite human so my cat.)
The Witcher one Gameplay sucks… It aged poorly compared to even Mass Effect 1.
Decided to skip straight to the Witcher 2.
Ah dropshots. You know what’s worse than you getting killed by them? When JD, Fahz or Del get headshotted by them. There’s no preventing it.
The combat in the first Witcher game was oddly satisfying to me. I played through it twice, even though I had already played through Witcher 3 once.
Peeve: looks like Blizzard’s definitions of “suspicious activity” are broad enough that accounts without an authenticator are blocked willy-nilly for seemingly no reason.
And of course, despite the pop-up saying that an email would arrive with instructions, it didn’t.
Extra peeve with sugar on top: “[Darnassian] Gibberish nonsense gobbledygook”. Which is why I tried to log in with another account in the first place — to fetch a translator alt.
