I recommend doing the introductory Nazjatar quests to get Azerite gear, and then focusing on Time walking and heroics for the rest - that will get you to ilvl 400 pretty easily
Run Mythics, it’s the easiest way.
Just get few friends to boost you in mythics. Mythic dungeons are a cakewalk now.

To get all the mounts from this moogle event, I need 330 tomes.
That’s 33 praetorium runs. (since they drastically increased how many you get from that)
How many mounts, what do they look like? My ps4 needs cleaning or I’d play. Sounds like a jet engine.
There’s two of the HW boss bird mounts, 2 of ARR’s horses, the falcon ignition key (from an event a long time ago, so this is perhaps the rarest thing on the list), and a load of the best tribe daily mounts, think its all the ARR ones.
Also wind-up Schacht and wind-up exdeath as minions.
Quite a few orchestra rolls
And a few triple triad cards
So if you’ve kept up with your beast dailies etc. you can knock a load of tomes off, I haven’t so I’d like to grind them.
EDIT: Also the mamashiba earring, but that’s worth 100 tomes
I mean, you -could- do 33 praetorium runs. Or you could queue for pvp where it gives 5 tomes a match, win or lose and that tends to go by a lot quicker.

I fell out with PvP a while ago.
In the end, we have 30 days of it (it ends when the new patch comes out at the end of october), If I do my random queue for leveling everyday, I’ll get close to that.
