I started playing the Batman: Arkham games, and it got me hooked on the Dark Knight, so I started watching some animated movies, beginning with The Killing Joke. It wasn’t very good.

Can anyone recommend some actually good Batman animated movies to watch for someone not familiar with the comics?

I’m at a total loss for the names but I’m told the one in the future where Bruce quit due to old age and some kid takes over is pretty good (though I’m not actually sure if it’s a movie or a series) and the one where everything gets Japanified but is otherwise traditional VS is aight as well.

Return to works are pretty standard when you’ve been ill or on leave - it’s a way to catch up on what’s changed and see if anything needs changing to accommodate you
