Pet Peeve: The Undying

Someone broke a young tree in the nearby forest, next to the spot where people often come to sit and relax.

I’m seriously filled with rage and regret that trees can’t fight back.

I have an abscess on my stomach and a blister on the bottom of each big toe.

Better than having an abscess on your blister and a stomach on your big toe.

Back from seeing the Joker Movie (Spoiler free).

It left me… Perplexed… Like an story that is finished but leaves you feeling like it is incomplete.
Phoenix is one heck of a good actor, the story does the escalation feel perfectly natural (well as natural as movie can) and does succeed and making Arthur feel poignant despite his obvious mental health.

7.8/10.

Briefly thought about leveling a new alt for RP in Retail.

Then I remembered that would take time away from getting my Classic main to 60 before phase 2 is out. Nope. PvP ranks but no BGs will make 50-60 zones absolute hell.

Tanaris humans are my peeve. Atleast rp as a former Wastewander bandit or something, don’t claim you’ve been living in an age old A Thousand And One Nights-fairytale… There’s too many of them lately.

Agreed! And even then, if you were born in Tanaris you are everything but an adult… Most Tanaris humans are still from the Eastern Kingdoms originally.

Wasn’t there some lore stating that humans from there are actually a thing, that isn’t just recent? Or am I brain farting…

If there is such lore, I am totally unaware of it. AFAIK it is still canon that the first humans on Kalimdor are those that sailed there during / after the Third War.

Edit: But Blizzard changing Lore? Unheard of! looks at all the good RPG magic lore that turned to garbage when the Chronicles hit

Minor chance I’m thinking of Traveler and Stranglethorn. But part of me feels Tanaris humans are a thing.
Where’s Telaryn?

You are, but Tanaris humans aren’t a thing in there. Two brothers do travel to Gadgetzan after the events of the Second War to visit a bookshop.
That said, it does mean that (hypothetically) if two humans travelled to Tanaris and had a baby there, they would be a Tanari (Tanarisian?) human. But they would likely not be dark-skinned unless their parents were, and wouldn’t have some weird pseudo-Arabic culture going on.
There’s also a weird thing about how there’s human spirits somewhere in Uldum, but I don’t remember if the answer someone got was particularly conclusive on why they’re there.

Right here.
If you take “Telaryn”, make him a better race, change a few letters around, you get me.
Coincidence?

Get to the end of that sentence!

That is impossible, and I’m offended you’d even suggest that you were on par with our Lore God.

pins you down and forces you to read Shadows of the Horde and Lord of the Clans

who can tell the difference now

Drinking red bull on shift with a lot of drinks with coke for a mixer. The caffeine makes it hard to sleep for work in a few hours. I arrive looking like Ghandi on one of his slimmer days.

Just fight the urge to nuke your coworkers

Also I am my own peeve again. I never write any short stories about my characters due to laziness and anxiety.

Even if I -think- I make somwhat well thought out characters I fear that they seem shallow because there are no stories of their inner workings. Damn you brain!
