so says the shadow of xavius
Ofc. I like my crap posting groups.
âHuh, the new Beastmen are really fun, Khazrak is quite powerful now, I wonder wha-â
Starts Taurox Vortex campaign
Every Dark Elf in Naggarond; â⌠Why do we hear Doom musicâŚ?â
ENTERS JUGGERNAUGHT RAID STANCE WITH VIOLENT INTENT

(Whoever designed his ability to rampage, slaughter, refill his movement and do it all again in the same turn, over and over? Yes. Very yes. You Done Goodâ˘)
Taurox is here to murder dark elves and chew bubble gum.
And thereâs no bubble gum in Naggarond.
Donât blame knowledge. Blame the toxic behavior reinforcement systems and skewered reward and punishment systems that arise from the nature of social media.
Twitter in particular is hostile to knowledge by its very nature because of the post length limit. In a blog, you can write a detailed article with careful elaboration of its points, but Twitter forces you to communicate in snappy one-liners, resulting in people exchanging vacuous emotional appeal, eventually creating echo chambers when people decide for themselves whose snappy one-liners appeal to them emotionally the most, facts be damned.
(Some people work around the artificial limitation by putting text in images, which 1) is an abuse of the format and 2) makes it unsearchable and unindexable by search engines, whereas the stupid memes very much remain indexable.)
The one where you vibrate through walls. Very, very, very slowly.
I bet you have a 1 GB minions meme folder and often talk to managers, lol.
Can you not do what the Imgur people do where they start the explanation, hit the cap and then reply to that message to continue the sentence?
1 You can and it looks and reads terribly because you
2 are constantly cutting off at a random point in
3 the sentence which makes it jarring and unappealing to read due to
4 the complete lack of any reasonable structure
5 not to mention that the attention span of
6 frequent twitter users revolves around the extremely shallow character
7 limit
Fair enough, same for Imgur being fair, minus the attention span.
They just make do though hence why
Imgur is even worse because your replies are hidden for like, 10 minutes or so after you post them
You need either the patience of a saint or absolutely nothing better to do to spend 90 minutes posting 9 really short paragraphs
Speaking of;
reminded of the time I posted a one-liner about Skyrim and got a reply that mustâve been about 30 posts long.
It just went on and on and on.
I eventually gave up reading it. Long story short; Skyrim is as wide as an ocean but shallow as a puddle.
I struggled to stick with it for that reason.
Thatâs why I mod it, Skyrim is my sandbox.
I have before just made it as hard as Dark Souls except in Skyrim.
It just works.
It was just going on and on crapping on Skyrim.
I gave up.
Didnât even get to the end of the comment chain.
Was it nearly 30 posts? Or was it nearly 100? Who knows? I donât.
righteous.
Just saw a thread on the general forums asking how to divide up professions on 4 characters and got sad because i havenât cared about professions since WoD.
No, but that sounds like a fun idea!
Getting a sad because a large festival LARP is still running two events next month, and with COVID cases spiking massively and 48% of the population still not fully vaccinated itâs looking bad.
When I raised the objection the first time I got a lot of people saying âwell if you donât feel safe going then donât go but donât ruin it for everyone elseâ which betrays a pretty terrible misunderstanding of how pandemics work
