finished song of nunu. its one of those games that ends up shorter than i wished. (14 hours was not enough.) but it was an actual 10/10 for me. beautiful beautiful art design and a very heart-warming story. was never much invested in the lore of nunu and willump before this now i would kill everyone in this forum and then myself if anything happened to them.
I think you’d enjoy her videos, she often makes videos on early to 2010s internet culture topics that an average person wouldn’t be aware of and thus miss out on certain memes and contexts.
Yeah I’m not on board with it being 1 or 3 only. Both are fine and I will enjoy it well enough solo, but in coop I can get 1 more person to play, not 2. I hope they will reconsider it and scale it for duo too, or just let 2 players start, even if it will make it more difficult.
As for the rest, even if it’s not for everyone, this is an excellent departure from the formula and one the company needs. It is a golden opportunity for them to experiment with ideas, throw things at the wall to see what sticks and see what can then be integrated into one of the flagship games.
I think flightstones were introduced in season 2, so the best hope you’ve got is crafting things using the Sparks of Ingenuity, which I don’t think drop anymore outside of the few you get for the campaign quest. However, the plus side of that - if you’ve done that campaign quest once, you can just fly here: https://i.gyazo.com/75d5fa06a710e0e1b64c4e0f750fb3b8.png
On an alt and get five of them immediately. I think that should let you get anything you want crafted that doesn’t also drop elsewhere!
See also: Kassadin. Except Lissandra canonically does not possess steppers (because she’s just ice from the waist down), but Kassadin probably does, it’s just that his model is ancient and so he is just floating cloth with a body attatched to it.
An personal, and probably eternal, peeve of mine is that fact that whenever I think of Bel’ameth, I keep thinking about what could have been as a capital city.
Mt. Hyjal and the boughts of Nordrassil.
How sweet if we had Bel’ameth, but it would be placed under the Boughts of Nordrassil, upon the shores of the second Well of Eternity? It would the most sacred spot within Night Elf culture for almost 10.000 years the center of their culture again. And since Bel’ameth is neutral, aswell… Nordrassil could’ve stayed neutral, with Cenarion ambassadors from the Tauren visiting, etc!
Not that something’s wrong with Bel’ameth, mind. But I still think it feels to disconnected from where the Night Elves came from!
