Doing adventure mode in Vampire Survivors has dragged me back to āthe beforeā days (before I had any shop upgrades)

Might simply be on its way out. It happens.
I tend to use mobile phones until theyāre falling apart. My last oneās battery life was diabolical and the screen was cracked and it had a habit of randomly restarting.
You could probably send it in for repairs or whatever but i donāt feel guilty aboit a new phone every 5/6/7 years or so. I had the first samsung galaxy for like 10.

as much as the name āKatarina du Coteauā is a delightful mess of different areas of Europe (Katarina is eastern European and du Coteau is obviously Brazilian) it just feels wrong that one French character (Fiora Laurent) be outrageously French and the other is just American

I did not do all the anniversary event secrets. This will haunt me.
Got my Nokia in 2011. Can never unplug it for more than a day now but it still serves as a suitable alarm and 2fa code taker.
Meanwhile this smart phone, which is a year old, is already breaking down,
Granted being dropped frequently probably doesnāt help but I stand by the āold is betterā in phones cases.

I do the same. Iām on my second smartphone, and this oneās lasted likeā¦7-8 years so far. Canāt go more than a day without a recharge, but it still holds up mostly okay.
I could get a discount on a new one through my corpo but all of the new ones seem like theyāre packed with AI bollocks, so Iām hoping my current phone will last until that bubble bursts.
the AI integration push is kind of mad. itās all anyone is advertising in terms of features for tech at the moment

I stupidly āupgradedā my phone when the chance came. My old one was great!
This new one is okay. But the battery dies MUCH faster than the old one 
Just a casual reminder that planned obsolesence is anti consumer, exploitative and actively stifles innovation.
In a world unshackled by corporate oligarchy and business interests weād have phone batteries lasting for weeks at a time, lightbulbs lasting for decades, to say nothing of unimaginable strides in healthcare.
What sounds like a conspiracy theory was out in the open and instead of pursuing prosecution of those responsible we collectively shrugged and bought more, worse products, wasting finite resources.

To be fair the AI on mine is alright. Makes brushing other people out of photos quite easy and it looks half decent 75% of the time.

MoP really eating better than any other expansion for transmogs with the last few months. Burnt 19k badges on cosmetics alone. worth it
