Iām not even that fervently anti-AI - I donāt begrudge individuals who use AI on a personal basis, but I look down on companies that incorporate AI into their business, and I always make it clear that the usage of AI says nothing about the userās talent or creativity - but even Iām a little flabbergasted by this.

I, on the other hand, immediately lose a great deal of respect for the person who says ālet me just search this really quickā and open up chatGPT rather than wikipedia or, god forbid, google

google is basically chatgpt at this point. again the forced AI intergration into search engines is making things so much worse to navigate
i donāt need an AI summary of a question that your AI has pulled from somewhere. i also donāt want to open images to find the majority of what iām looking for some trash thatās been generated by midjourney

in the internet straight up ābinging itā, and by āitā, haha, well. lets just say, my searches.
Iāve got multiple site and keywords blocklists set up to reduce the amount of AI trash āāāartāāā that gets thrown up on image searches and even with that it still gives me maybe one in 12 as just something thatās not real.
Hate it. Sloppification.

how do we know your still the real akamito and not an AI
While Iām peeving - mobile game ads where the gameplay skill on display is deliberately bad so your brain goes āI could do better than thatā and urges you to play it to prove it, which is exactly what the advert was intended to do in the first place. I know thatās what theyāre doing, I know thatās how it works, I refuse to give in, and yet every time I see the ads my brain still gets the little urge to download it anyway.

Thereās a steam game called something like āthis is those gamesā which is just a whole load of those dumb mobile games that get constantly advertised but without the pregnant elsa spiderman overlays they all seem to advertise and also it costs like 5 quid. Highly recommend.

I dunno about the temperatures where everyone else is but itās meant to be getting down to -9 tonight in Sheffield, and I think thatās awful. 
My thought process every time I look at any of my druid characters.
If WoW allowed model/animation mods like FF14 sorta does it wouldnāt be a problem, butā¦alas, no.
