Is it just me, and I appreciate I’m only level 15 at the mo, but Classic Hunter feels so much more crunchy and satisfying than… whatever mood-swing flavour they have THIS season on Retail Hunters? ._.

Playing hunter on classic vanilla feels nice

Playing it at top level is a nightmare of weaving shots in between auto attacks and running out of mana

i miss old hunter. sure the range issue was annoying as was the inability to move between autoshots.

but it felt a little more true to form of a rugged nature survivalist

I’m actually enjoying it way more than I thought I would!

Our trio has wound up with Ranged DPS (me), Melee and Healer (friend, Holy leaning Paladin), Melee DPS (friends wife), and Tank (Bear).

It works surprisingly well :joy:

Been playing Classic a lot on my laptop lately, but opened it up on desktop just now.

Installed some new drivers and now just WoW is making the fans sound like jet engines.

You’d think I’d be playing Crysis remastered or something. It should settle down on its own, like it did last time, but still, it bothers me.

I always liked that aspect personally. As a retail hunter I feel so detached from… well being a hunter, frankly, due to those little tedium’s being absent.

Check if the ‘foreground FPS’ has been unticked/is unlimited.

As soon as I cranked my Retail settings back down to 60fps cap, my PC no longer sounded like it was trying to breach orbit ._.
