Whilst the last two series of doctor who have been an improvement… gotta say they can’t write an end episode at all. I dunno whst they were trying with the most recent drivel but if it was ‘put audience to sleep’ it certainly hit the mark.
Shame as on balance the just passed series was doing quite well.
I had a dream that Dragon Age 5 was released. I don’t remember its title, but it began with I. It was considered a return to form after Veilguard and received better reviews than Inquisition.
The brain yearns to mourn. I don’t think I’ll ever not be incredibly salty about how DA ended with that abomination just saying that everything just died to the Blight in the south.
Inquisition by comparison is mechanically and gameplay-wise a flawed game but the stories and companions are generally fantastic.
I finished it. The fight before the last one was harder than the last one, which is both kinda funny and appreciated.
Last area on the map to do is Renoir’s Drafts and then I can mop up a very easy final mission.
Who knows how ME5 is gonna work storywise and if the teaser trailer they showed will have anything at all to do with the final product, but it would be very funny to me if they just went and canonised that none of the endings are brought forward as seems to be the case at the moment.
it stings more after reading up on the fallout at bioware how they were praying on DA’s failure vs ME’s success since origins. they did not want the series to succeed at all
