Hate to tell ya but WoW has decade old bugs going on. It’s absolutely shameful.
They did once fix the texture bug on that talbuk
But reverted it because it was like… in Shadowlands and the thing was like that since BC
And I think some of those other bugs are load bearing
I still remember the story about the Barrens rock.
Allegedly, there is supposed to be a rock somewhere in the barrens that is so load bearing that removing it breaks the game completely and makes it unable to run.
Every time they try to adjust things in the Alterac BG they have to call in tech priests to appease the machine code spirit

The janky facial animations are one thing.
But it was truly the complete lack of any facial animation in dialogue scenes that stood out more to me. Not even basic template expressions that triggers for different sentences and reactions.
Just blank.
