How busy is your city, like sheesh I live in one of the 5 biggest cities in the Netherlands but a traffic jam taking more or around two hours? Never… o.O

The jam itself took an hour, the rest of the road was clear. I’m making it in time after all and not even in the nick of time.
Also, well, my country has nothing comparable to the Netherlands’ biking culture. It’s rare to see bikes here, especially to see them used for actually moving through the city instead of recreation. This creates an additional incentive to use cars and puts extra pressure on the roads.
