The guy in the video I linked said he finds the game fun too, so it’s not all doom and gloom. The game definitely needs some work and the fact it’s client side authoritative is downright baffling, but there’s a fun game there.
ESO used to be client side authoritative too in ancient times.
Ultimately forming your own opinion is the most based thing to do.

Exactly, I think the stuff where this is primarily an issue is the content I’m not enormously interested in - it’s certainly not good but not very relevant to my interests in the game either
That’s one I also still want, if only cause I tend to do rp events involving timetravel, and being an NPC with that mount would be so cool.
Only got that Dragon last year. I did TW runs so many times on so many alts, it’s ridiculous how many years it took.
I still think those 1% mount should have a rising % over time. It’s not particularly grand either for most of them if they only drop on the last boss, the RP from certain raids doesn’t help either (Hate Dragon Soul).

Yeah I havent set foot in timewalking in ages so it’s no wonder I didn’t get it.
Seen the TW drake drop a total of two times since it was added.
Meanwhile I’ve had several other drops and full tier sets from farming other mounts when I had a sub.
what if you could buy rare mounts for timewalking coins
perhaps from a friendly cat merchant who has various wares

That would make the playerbase happy so it would never happen because blizzard devs have their heads too far up their arses to listen.
FFXIV is spoilling me with tokens that drop if the mount don’t and I can just… buy it with the tokens

I got the stonecore mount before I got the Timereaver.

Stonecore mount runs are almost as many as I did for Rivendare’s, which took about 2000 runs, saw it drop once on an alt in MoP, lost the roll to the one guy who got locked out of the fight and ninja pulled the whole dungeon (:
But I think my stonecore runs are somewhere around the 1500th mark.
