Praetorium is blatantly superior to Castrum - more XP for less effort.
Just put on youtube and lean back.
I just watch youtube on my 2nd monitor during Prae, yeah. It’s the smoother experience because 80% of it just involves cinematics.
Earlier this month I saw Invincible drop, and tonight, I got Ashes of Al’ar finally.
This was a good month.

I think they have increased the EXP gain from castrum recently.
From 60-70 I now get half a level for castrum and 3/4 for prae (30 minutes vs. 45) up from castrums very pitiful not even 1/3 of a level.
Just castrum is so much more aggro than prae.
And that’s white mage at 50
Soon I can start getting rid of healer leveling gear

On the flipside, it is inferior to castrum for irregular tomestones. Average 45 min of prae for 10 tomes to average 25 min of castrum for 7 tomes. Not that either of them are particularly efficient for that farm, but I’m doing that grind, I hope for castrum. Really regretting not having a blue mage…
Oh, I am not bothering to farm those. I pick up some naturally of course but there’s nothing on offer I particularly want or need.
New World is client side authoritative. Good lord.

I’ve seen the worgen bug out with the wolf form texture wrapped onto the human. The result was a horrifying dark grey monster with a large yellow fanged 
grin coverying the lower half of the head.
Got 'em both the first times really trying.
I’ve not had good luck since.
Well, that’s not entirely true. I did get the timewalk dragon in black morass and the handmaiden not too long ago.
Mog drops are permanently lowered by 40% though.

“Don’t trust the client” is seriously one of the first commandments taught to starting server developers. In between “fail fast” and “don’t store passwords in plain text”. You know, really basic things.

Here’s a followup, demonstrating the exploit after Amazon supposedly fixed it.
Gotta say, I don’t remember the last time I’ve seen an mmo release with so many gamebreaking exploits. What was it now? Invincibility, busted report system, rampant duping and something else I can’t remember.
