Consider the following. Dark Souls I and Dark Souls II (Pre-Bloodborne) run at 60fps. Dark Souls III (Post-Bloodborne) runs at 60fps.
Bloodborne runs at 30fps.

Hence, stairshedās law - because obviously in WC3 lore Gulādan dredged the sunken ruins of Suramar from the sea pretty recently and there wasnāt civilisation there except for ghosts and sea giants
Edit: I also forgot that the Vault of the Wardens, which has not fallen yet and so is fully stocked and staffed, were also on the Broken Isles
