I’m hoping to get one commissioned for my LARP character who is obviously called Hero, but I do not relish the constant ‘no capes!!!’ references people will think is very funny
That’s when you turn around with an impressive flourish of your cloak and loudly proclaim: “IT IS A CLOAK, NOT A CAPE!” and then stride off into the fog all mysteriously.
And narrowly avoid stepping into someone’s tent.
I am impressed that you know both that Hero speaks like his dialogue is written entirely in caps and also that I cannot get near a tent without falling over the guy ropes

Elpis (as a zone) was joy from start to finish. Possible contender for my favourite zone story in the whole game, and it would have had such diminished impact had we not gone through so much to get there first. So many twists and turns but they all felt earned and adequately set up. To me, at least.
Also I’m an absolute sucker for artificial life forms connected by a shared psychic consciousness that nevertheless have individuality. Meteion giving me big Railgun Sisters vibe in concept, even if not in execution.

The Squeenix, and more-than-it-should-be leaning of Game Devs towards “Hey, well, we think Crypto/NFTs isn’t that bad, please still buy our stuff!” is a massive peeve. That bubble needs to burst, asap. And preferably burn all parties involved. Rather than, y’know, the environment…

peeve: trying to play age of empires 2 ranked, my opponents keep on resigning in mid-dark age after making some minor build order/eco mistakes
