@Lintian I think it was you who talked about evil halflings before, Eberron has the Boromar clan, which is Sharn’s most influential crime family - they’re run by halflings.
Also they’re not evil but the halflings of the Talenta Plains are nomadic dinosaur riders with a strong tribal vibe, which is probably outside the norm for what you’d be expecting.
