Didn’t that begin with the whole “Ok boomer” thing?
Boomer is a state of mind.
for example if I call my gen X friend a boomer and they get huffy and say ‘actually I’m gen X!!’? boomer behaviour
Aw gods-damnit.
Usually both not understanding problems of younger generations and being generally against change, right? Atleast, that is what I always understood boomer meant when it was about the state of mind, and not literally a generation spanning from x to y year.
Looking up Elden Ring characters on Fextralife.
Female characters get the usual GAMER™ retorts.
Then a lot of male characters get the; “I guess i’m gay now” comments
Basically; i’m done reading comments on Fia, going to go back to Varré’s page.
Peaces out
Fextra is a real cesspit of a site whose only attribute is exploiting search engine optimisation, absolutely irredemable
Gone are the days of .txt gamefaqs pages that might not always be 100% correct but at least you knew the writer came from a place of love, rather than monetisation
Nar Shaddaa step by step walkthrough (Light Side) .txt ca 2006 will always be in my heart
It has helped me a lot in finding things I want in Soulsborne games.
Extra helpful on Elden Ring with helping me get around the map.
It’s a lot worse for CRPGs because it’s a more niche genre - it means that any time you google a quest you get an empty wiki page as your top 5 results.
That and the main competition is Neoseeker, whose primary contributor is a guy I’m pretty sure has some kind of bomb collar that will go off if he isn’t an abrasive tryhard to at least two people a day
Zoomer memes presuppose a cultural context that involves surfing the Right Places on the Web 24/7 to stay in the know. I take pride in not understanding them.
Blanchy needs to spawn soon, I’m done waiting 2 hours for her ethereal butt to spawn.
Takes the pee you have to di it 6 times too.
Just tell them “Ok zoomer.”
Self discovery is technically a positive thing, I suppose. Gamers™ need some special treatment, though.
I’d like to think that not everybody on that site are Gamers™ and I’d like to think that its not the same 5 people in every thread (a lot of the posters are anonymous, so can’t link comments back to accounts)
Basically, chill, open people are mostly in the male character threads and the incel katana-wielding Gamers™ are mostly in the female threads.
Then there’s the 3rd group of; “don’t care about the character, just need to know where they at so I can finish their damn quest”
Centrists smh…
New RWBY anime seems to have some pretty sick animation going on, no idea if the story will be improved at all but might be worth the time just for visual spectacle alone.
But the real question is when will Kusuriya no Hitorigoto get an anime adaptation…
Hopefully never. Abolish anime.
shut up nerd
