Rockstar’s Slack got broken into by a hacker and they’ve leaked a whole bunch of in development GTA 6 footage as well as source code.
Pretty wild as leaks go.

They’re trying hard to get it all taken down but the cat is very much out of the bag.
Apparently some fans are working on a Targona romance mod.
The peeve is that it’s not available yet. Would’ve loved more mythic path specific romances and/or party members - Nurah not being a trickster party member feels almost like cut content, and a Minagho Demon romance would’ve been pretty amazing (and incredibly toxic).

Unrelated peeve: having to buy a small SSD because of budget is now officially biting me. I have two games installed on there (ff14 and tw3) and it’s already so full that I think it’s what causes my occasional crashes

My electric blanket… Boy this Alpaca wool is the real deal man, so insulating it’s warm inside even without turning it on. The only downsides, ugh the curse of tall people is that it’s not lengthy enough. Width is fine but you have to choose between keeping your feet warm or your shoulders and up warm, it’s just not ideal.
Can’t monetize to hell the Universe of RDR with an always online mode whereas GTA seems to have lots of youtube hours of RP inside it and people ready to be whales in there.
Except I have a bat catcher for a cat.
I wasn’t even there for that incident. Leo just strolled through the catflap one day with a bat in his mouth that my dad caught and released.

I think sometimes we forget how old GTA 5 is given that they keep rereleasing it.
It came out 9 years ago. I still had a full head of hair back then.
I reckon special food does not cut it anymore? Given my own cat Nala also peed blood for a while and had crystals, but once she got special food for it and was medicated for a while, she got back to normal.

didn’t expect that!! thought it would have been a blended turn based+real time strategy game like total war except you’re managing gangs in a city instead of conquering the world but guess I lose again

I think GTA 5 felt really dated as a game. I could never finish it. 4 felt like a good leap forward and had a much better balance of serious vs humour.
I think that what’s interesting about this leak is that it is Rockstar, who never show their hand and are very secretive getting caught with their pants down so bad that even the source code is now out there.
It’s more that she got a different brand, as Royal Canine got some delivery issues with my vet (it’s not the vet being the issue but the courier) and she didn’t want to eat it, started eating a little and it not working as it should.
It’s a lil bit eh overall with this. Once she gets a bad case of crystals like now, it’s either water her every hour or she has to have an xray and operation. I just hope watering her more is enough

There’s an indication that the hacker is full on black hat and had access to multiple workstations (remotely, not in person) and may also have been responsible for a hack against Uber a few days ago.
Needless to say this doesn’t seem like it’s a disgruntled employee who leaked stuff on their way out the door like we might have expected from leaked game content.

I can see how that is problematic yes. Fortunately my vet does have Royal Canine, which is what Nala’s having now. I hope that watering Gamma is indeed enough, and that the courier can eventually get you a supply of the good food again.
