Peeve:

The general vibe for some of Azeroth’s peoples to enter the scene as gimmicky sidekicks to the real, important movers and shakers. Unable to fit in nor amount to much in that company, it’s then renderd into an issue of individual failure rather than having the whole deck stacked against you.

While I agree that LOTR deserves respect and care (and I’m passionate enough about Tolkien that I study Sindarin, enjoy dressing as an elf, and can quote The Silmarillion from memory), I actually find these pretty funny!

FF9+10 (and I’m presuming 7+8) steam release comes with some in-game “boosters” (cheats) which is kinda nice in one regard but I wish they were a bit more…granular. The FF9 ones are like instant max level/can’t die/no encounters/max gil.

But it’d be nice to get like, half encounter rate, but double EXP/AP rate, so it just cuts down on the grind a bit, that sorta stuff. Hell, gimme a set of sliding % scales so I can tweak it to how I like. Maybe I want double random encounters!

They are funny, I meant my comment more as tongue-in-cheek. I know there are quite some Tolkien purists out there who wouldn’t like the joke, but I dont mind!

So per our system in Finland, you need to complete an internship in your field as part of your uni degree. I study marketing. I just received an email from one of my lectors gauging my interest regarding an internship at the Finnish Embassy of Rome.
