Antorus and Tomb both are evil. They do not drop the thing. Also KJ is just a bug at this point. Sometimes he refuses to put the lights back on.

Seen two people get the mount from the second boss in Stonecore so far, and neither of them have been me. Disgraceful, offensive.
One time the boss also dropped the infinite timereaver for someone else at the same time but I’m fine with that since I already have it.

Revue Starlight being Utena-lite was pretty neat but the talking giraffe locking the entire universe in a time loop because one girl didn’t want to let go of a play they did? Genius.
