i got it on steam after bingeplaying kingmaker for a bit
what’s a good nature-focused melee build? im sorta annoyed that most of the nature focus in pathfinder revolves around either wild shapes or your animal companion 
just let me be a plantbender you even have a plant domain and apparently there’s even stuff like vinestrikes in standard pathfinder (and vinetrap in games)!!!
oh boy was the Shifter class from The Last Sarkorians DLC ever literally built for you - they’re druid-fighters who grow claws and get stuck into the fray - they do have wildshape, but between animals and fae and dragons you have a lot of freedom with what you can shape into. Also comes with a very pretty Shifter companion who can wildshape into a gryphon.
Alternatively, I am about 60% sure the Warpriest (a more fight-focused cleric) has a plant domain [if they don’t, the cleric should], or a Nature-mystery Oracle - all should let you play a melee character with plant spells!

i was toying with the idea of a forester with a quarterstaff focus but it seemed very empty
I’ll look into Warpriest or Oracle later, though I’m also disappointed in the Plant domain itself - the domain spells seem very boring.

the Rageshaper subclass of Shifter doesn’t wild shape, they just get really mad instead - hope this helps x
I also saw there was a Greenrager option for Bloodrager who did a similar thing, but they were mostly about summoning nature’s ally (and not even the higher levels) so they felt meh too
