It looks like a poorly modded Sims 4 and I am getting early onset depression of people pretending it doesn’t.

Probably going to wait until close to or after release to actually play but already having decision paralysis on what to play
Obviously I’m going to make an evoker to see how they play and if I jive with it but then I am lost

Kind of the same. I’m waiting until after the release to decide whether I’ll buy the expansion or not and spending the month of sub right now to decide which class to play if I were to stay for longer.
From purely gameplay perspective, mostly debating between a destro or demo warlock and an assa rogue. I would default to a warrior as I usually do, but the fact that they didn’t include Condemn into the talents lowered my enthusiasm greatly. It was a very satisfying skill to use. A frost DK could be another option, but if I want to use a 2handed sword, I’d have to go for a very wonky looking build (idk maybe it’s better at 70).

I actually found them to be fun personally. But then again, I like it when Prine Malchezaar turns up amongst your summons and shouts his boss line.
I prefer demo, but every time i spec into it I feel bad for the green fire I’m missing out on. Wish the codex affected demo spells too.
In mop we still used at least a couple of fire spells, so it wasn’t as bad.
Also Thal’kiel is my abusive boyfriend I’m all to eager to try and impress even if I know my efforts will be in vain.

I’ll play a warlock when they finally introduce the necromancer class skin that would be fairly easy to implement and no sooner
(I would normally default to hunter but sadly I only enjoy marksman and I can’t imagine DF radically changing that)
I would rather they made necromancer a separate class, but that ship has sailed long ago.
Marksman didn’t change at all, from what I could tell. Or at least not significantly enough to wow anyone.
Gameplay wise they would end up identical to warlocks - damage over time, summoning minions, a bit chunkier than your usual caster - so a skin suits them a lot better.
Demons are chumps these days, who’s risking their soul to fel magic after we comprehensively shoved the legion into a locker
