Pet peeves: The return (Part 4)

Just got called a cuck in baldur’s gate 3 for wanting people not to kill each other

Truly, art is true to life.

The difference is that the Hildibrand quests are actually funny.

(looks at a mountain of Shadowlands memes)

…Intentionally funny!

what is a collective group of warhammer fans called

people with a hobby

hmm too boring don’t like that

another

do you want it to be something denigrating because they enjoy a thing you personally do not enjoy

no i am literally asking what’s the collective term for a group of warhammer fans like dr who fans are whovians god damn

i don’t think warhammerererererererers is the recognised term

hobbyists, usually, it’s the games workshop company-approved name

An Argument

It has a certain pizzazz.

Make the great powers fight over who gets what chunk of you.

We call that the Daeran special - commit so many crimes that nobody knows what to do with you

Is alright. And I see, so it’s not a brand-specific issue. Maybe just poor optimisation on BG 3’s part? I played the game when it was still in betaphase, both on my old pc with a GTX 1070 aswell as on my current one with a 3090ti, but I havent launched the game since its official release yet. During the testing it ran fine.

There’s a certain boss fight in baldurs gate 3 that i’d enjoy a lot more if it wasn’t entirely designed around not having a single turn of not great luck and I’m starting to greatly dislike this game for it already - classic 5e!

sleep + poison + ledges + a massive action economy disadvantage is less problem solving, more savescumming

Is BG3 an online game or a single player game? I know you can play it as co-op and invite friends over, but is it an online open world game?

I just reached the Elfsong tavern in BG3 and the fact they recreated the layout from its BG1 incarnation is both extremely minor and extremely cool.

Because of a schedule overlap, I have to choose between an archery lesson and a Sindarin lesson this Wednesday.

I’ve chosen archery. They’re using historical bows while I’ve trained almost exclusively with modern bows, so it will be an interesting new experience.
