They’re definitely there.
And Spiderman is the worst for it, especially the bloody internal thoughts.
But terrible ones have always been a Marvel thing!
The well written ones were an anomaly.

there’s this recent marvel show where they green screen’d a regular, decidedly average living room with only a few pieces of furniture instead of having an actual, normal set for a very normal place

Well, these things have gotten cheaper and lazier for sure.
It’s up now, and I managed to give it a try.
Seems fun, but I’ll wait for the influx to settle down - Getting put in a team of 2-3 level 1s (including me) versus a team with two level 100s and getting absolutely dunked on is just Not Fun regardless of the game, heh…
This happens regardless just as an FYI.
I enjoy playing it but yeah, when I get lumped with low levels and AI vs level 80-100s is stinks.

With a game time of approximately 72 hours on the savefile and 79 hours overall I have now finished Baldur’s Gate 3…'s first playthrough.
My back has decided that it Absolutely 100% has to ruin what was a perfectly decent day up to this point.
So now I’m in pain, and as a result I’m rage-quitting CTR because getting bodied off the edge of the map over and over again with no ability to do anything about it is Not Fun, frustrating and WHY IS MY STUPID MEAT-SACK IN PAIN?!?!?

Spider-Man and Deadpool are like the two quippiest people in the comics.
Everyone else was largely infected by the MCU with how it increased over the last couple years. (Unless you count stuff like silver age dialogue as a form of quip…)
The cartoons aren’t part of that, and they’re quippier than Count Quippington and his wife Lisa. She’s quite plain.
Still haven’t finished 2. I wandered off.

They’re also for kids and usually worse in terms of quality compared to DC cartoons, sadly.
Only exception: Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes
That one stuck pretty close to comics and sure there is banter but not… not really like that (unless peter is in the episode)
