Pet peeves: The return (Part 5)

Checks out

Also not a morning person, so relatable!

I was making sure!!

Also hella funny that the races under the barrier kept their archaic practices from before the barrier went up whereas the ones outside have moved on because some of that
 really wasn’t kosher.

Gonna be a culture shock when the barrier falls (its coming, just not in this side project, though may cover up to that point for these characters)

Genuine coca plant.

Games these days being meditations on abusive relationships, nigh on helplessness and death might be a generational thing. At least great art is borne from pain.

Bo’oh’o’wa’er moment.

I think more games should have an antagonist who is a giant fire guy made of fire who wants to burn stuff

Pretty much, same with all media.

Not gonna pretend that my book writings isn’t a reflection of looking out of the window. Nor the drawings that go with it.

Combining this with the logic of casual German gives you Bo’o’wa’a. With the last a as an optional thing.

All I’m saying it’s good that we don’t do language exchange like we used to back in the days of “everyone go visit the British isles”.
Imagine the Danish getting to play with that thing. And then the French.

Stop trying to fight the sun.

Coffee Shop AU->SuleMio Coffeeshop AU->SuleMio Café AU->Witch from Mercury x Shokugeki no Soma/Food Wars crossover which is just standard WfM except instead of mobile suit duels they do cooking battles instead.

Never been a fan of coffeeshop AUs, they’ve also caused some problems for actual baristas being creeped on too : /

At least one of those words is in the bible

Timewalking dungeons are really faceroll compared to what they were like at launch. Not that they were hard back then either (except for Cataclysm ones), but you needed to actually do the mechanics. The timewalking versions feel like chain-running heroics in late Wrath, complete mindless pewpewpew where the bosses don’t even get time to execute their mechanics, and what mechanics they do manage to execute can be ignored because their effects are not punishing at all.

I remember how at launch, groups actually could wipe on Corrupted Taran Zhu and had to pay attention to the meditation button and the orbs. Now the corruption bar grows so slowly that you don’t need to meditate before the boss is down, and the orbs can just be ignored because of how quickly the encounter is over.

Big boy gear groups speedrunning for the weekly quest and I’ll still get kicked for mediocre DoTs.
