Also we were expecting epic storms here! Most the UK got them. And of course, as per usual, the storms avoided my town. Saaad.
We got a bit of rain but that was about it up in Edinburgh. It’s back to being kinda clammy though nice breeze now thank goodness.

Why are the BNet friend-online popups now slap bang in the middle of the screen? That better be a bug, 'cos it’s massively annoying and it isn’t an asset that can be Edit Mode-d 
Guild and Social tabs are really scuffed and have been since the update.
I had to relog 5 times just to ginv a new recruit. 
Then when you log on it shows nobody online until people log in but then it won’t show them logging off etc.
B.tag and Bnet are the same for friends just coming online then showing offline or in app.
So for example there could be 8 members online but if I log on it’ll show them all offline until they relog.

Just joined a Helldivers 2 mission - Eradicate Automatons. Joined mid-mission. My pod dropped, I shot like two dudes, then mission complete and the pelican came down, but I was too far from it to get on in time, so my diver was left behind on the planet surrounded by automatons. RIP.
Unrelated: Latest episode of Jellyfish Can’t Swim In The Night was good. I hope the 31 year old single mother trying to make it as an idol comes back for future episodes.

Anybody got any good series recommendations to give? Netflix, HBO and Disney+ are platforms I have access to.
Open to anime (Death Note and Full Metal Alchemist already done) as well.
I watched True Detective season 1 recently and it was quite excellent
HBO also has Fargo. Season 1 is absolute gold — maybe some of the best written TV I’ve ever seen in my lie. Season 2 is great, season 3 is good. I haven’t seen 4 and after, as the series is a set of anthologies like True Detective with self-contained stories each season.
But from what I can tell, all of the seasons are great in their own right — it’s just that compared to the absurdly high bar that season 1 set, the following seasons don’t reach that same level. But individually they’re still good.
Every season of True Detective (except for the second, which is just an self-indulgent pile of American seediness and misery wank) is good.
Shogun’s good, if you’re into reasonably authentic historical period dramas.
Altered Carbon, both seasons, is a good choice if you’re fond of science fiction and still haven’t watched it, especially if you’re into cyberpunk stuff. It’s not perfect, but I find it pretty enjoyable.

I liked season 2 of True Detective (HBO) well enough, but season 1 is the best tv show made to date imo
Shogun (Disney+) is good
Westworld is dope cyberpunk-y stuff (used to be on HBO, but gone now I think? Worth checking)
Tokyo Vice is good crime stuff (HBO)
Marco Polo (Netflix) is underrated historical drama meets kung fu movie (and lacks the third season it should have gotten…)
Really enjoyed Ripley (Netflix), lately. Very slow but very good noire thriller
Sky Rojo (Netflix) is an action/comedy thing I quite liked
Undercover (Netflix) is probably the best crime show from Belgium and the Netherlands, all three seasons about a drug lord + pals and undercover police officers are v good
Young Wallander (Netflix) is a fun crime show
Lilyhammer (Netflix) is probably my favourite comedy show about a maffioso from New York moving to Norway under a witness protection program
If you’re into things that like start from chaos but show really great character progression The Bear is a really good series.
I loved seeing how every character progressed even further from this estranged dysfunctional family to trying to rebuild the family restaurant. It’s not all cooking and food but, it does have a fair bit of it because of the setting ofc.

Marco Polo is so underrated of a series I swear a lot of people forgot it even exists. But damn is it great. Seeing the lineage of the Khans and trying to take China was awesome. (Viewer discretion though it may contain some lewdity).
Whilst on the topic of Netflix I’ll also say;
The Last Kingdom is a phenomenal piece of work as well. Has 5 seasons and a film; Seven Kings Must Die. (Although the film did a fair disservice to the whole series it’s still worth the watch for closure. - I’m still bitter we didn’t get a new season.)
I might have posted this before, but not long ago a guy playing a barefoot female night elf saw Lintian walking barefoot around Bel’ameth and tried to solicit ERP from me, taking it for a foot fetish. He then flooded my Discord with a lot of unprompted art of his barefoot characters.
