The small thing bringing me joy regarding the US is how the new trend of calling the GOPpers ‘weird’ and weirdos, creeps etc is 1) working, 2) getting them REALLY mad.

There is/was a trend on Imgur that’s been going on since like last year, where they post mugshots of conservative men and women after they have been arrested for harassing kids. The title is always “Not a drag queen” or a variation of it.
And yeah, it usually tends to be police officers, conservative politicians or members of the clergy.
The modern age’s witch hunt.
As someone with multiple (cis) women who are dear friends and family who would likely not pass the ‘pretty or performative enough’ checks of these types of clods, I wish nothing but karmic retribution and Interesting Times upon the whole festering lot of them.

On topic though: The testosterone tests some people keep bringing up would have excluded my mum as “not female enough”/“having a biological advantage” from sports back after she had me because I messed up her hormone production big time.
Also time to exclude people like Usane Bolt and Michael Phelps from sports. They both got biological advantageous oddities for their chosen sports.

I remember how, after the “gay propaganda law” was passed in Russia, me and my fem friends from the LGBT community liked to hug in public and joke that we were “doing propaganda”.

The “clocky” trans people are early in transition in an awkward kind of middle state while they’re still waiting for hormones to change their appearance, figure out clothes that fit them, etc. Most trans people I’ve known, once they completed their transition, just blended into the crowd and stopped drawing attention to themselves.
“I like it when you look natural” they say, not realizing that I’ve methodically been trimming and downplaying the visibility of my peach fuzz and any body hair, and is still wearing foundation and light-make up.

There was/is a meme(the actual original is real but its used as a meme) of some twitter dude showing a picture of a dead-drop gorgeous woman with torn jeans and visible abs, saying that if you’re attracted to her, it means you’re gay.
Naturally its posted basically all over different lesbian and WlW subreddits, with both lesbian women and bi-girls being like “yeah.”
I love the people that say this nonsense because they’re then the same people that raid the social media of trans men and say “YOU’LL NEVER BE A WOMAN!!!” because their ‘expertise’ doesn’t actually give them any insight in to which way someone’s transitioning.
This just sounds like every 2000s era pop star to be honest - you know, the ones who had a non-insignificant portion of their career boosted by sex appeal?
The best thing is when they target a trans man by mistake and he replies “thanks”.
I wonder how much of that era served as an awakening for girls in our age group today.
