Is sadly all too common in online RP with how deeply invested narcissists use RPing as an outlet to pursue standing and dominion over others. In other cases you might have a dwindling community trying to reassert itself within a framework it can control. These things are indistinguishable to outsiders and the results are functionally the same with a tight-knit, insular population running a constant game of quality control.
The vital difference being that the former is incredibly codependantly abusive to almost everyone involved, and in the end the bubble starves itself of oxygen. Iâve seen these things happen elsewhere too many times and I get such a knot in my stomach when I see the patterns (the fractals!) all around me yet again.
Could be worse, could be the admins doing it. Point is; Iâm guarded and watchful for red flags. Once you have a select few telling you what to do, stifling what could be better because it threatens the rut, do something radical. Flatten every hierarchy, no gods, no masters.

I may have been busy with work when it was announced!!! And iâll give it a look when i Solve the plight of New London.
I never encountered anything like this. In fact Iâve seen advertisements for adventurer events too, and I entered one of them and the group is still doing its roleplay in Tural, with a separate chat thread and all that.
I donât doubt that youâre speaking sincerely, but I think you may be biased.

I have seen some people using Tural, which is quite a surprise honestly for current expansion areas to be used at all for RP.
I do not deny I am bitter about RP on the European servers has been organised, its shambolic, if that makes me biased then that makes me biased. I can only mainly relay my own experiences but I know I am not alone in my dislike of things.
