Something like that yeah, the blogs a joke and them posting follower numbers mean nothing when my deprecated blog has 50 or so followers and its all bots

i havent made a post on mine in 5 years and i still have 60 followers who are mostly bots. very impressive really.

my favourite arc was when he started going after a small forsaken guild because one member was seen… not vehemently opposing everything PCU ?
said guild was actually a fan of his, and believed his bs, up until the point he started attacking them out of nowhere.
it was the forlorn order if I remember right.

Don’t think I read that but frankly I didn’t want to read much of the blog as it’s driven out of proportion.
I’ve spoken out against the PCU on occasions, but I’ve also defended them as well. I stand by what I’ve said that I think the community needn’t have been a thing but it has a right to exist. Likewise I met some nice people (in-game mostly) while the forum crowd was more rancid than anything else for the most part.
COAD however remains a joke, one that’s gone on to become quite sad at this point and I don’t know wether to pity the fool(s) or just feel sorry for being so terminally online as that.
But also attacking people left, right and center man, touch grass, it’s good for you. Go out and talk to people irl and build some social skills, clearly its lacking.
(Pls whoever reads this don’t start the PCU arguement I do not give a 
about it)

Actual peeve, my internet has been randomly cutting out all weekend. I’ve made sure to check cables both the ethernet connected from router to PC and from the outlet on the wall to router, both are as they should be. Restarting the router has not helped.
So I guess it’s time to call my ISP in the morning and ask what the hell dudes

My personal favourite COAD post except for me being the Supreme Token Gay is the time we (the Rotgarde) were going through the DK area for an event, found some night elf DK AFK with PVP enabled, we killed her once and then it ended up on the blog a couple of days later

on the notion of ffxiv rpers my twitter feed all day has been filled with drama about one FC of ishgardians doubling down on ye olde ishgardian racism and it just reads so weird
I’ve been reading that and as an Ishgard RP’er it’s super funny bc they just miss the whole damn point of HW

its just so funny to me because they are so desperately trying to ignore the fact that even in 1.0, though their population was smaller, there WERE non-hyur and non-elezen ishgardians. in what is now western coerthas, there was a lalafell Ishgardian who was as zealously bloodthirsty against dravanians in the fury’s name as anyone from the High Houses.
for an added layer of irony im 90% sure that because of posing tools people can see no small amount of Ishgardian npcs are actually duskwights

Both Ysayle and Count Edmond de Fortemps use duskwight models to name the two most known examples
