Talking to her though, itâs very much a case of, sheâll only want that if she gets to be the one who decides and dictate who is worthy of being uplifted.
If she doesnât get to be part of pulling the strings (and getting the benefits from doing so) she really doesnât care much if at all.
same to be quite honest
Yes, though DAI Qunari were alright.
Ended up having to head a meltdown off so casually walked up eating a bag of crisps nonchalantly saying the childâs name then asking âdo you think ducks use toilet paperâ
It worked but now Iâm actually bothered about the question. Like⌠do ducks secretly use toilet paper.
The NPCâs you meet in Trespasser were great. I donât think the player models were on the same quality sadly.
But player Qunari was very rushed, so was dwarf player.
dorian clocked this on sight and he was right
dwarves finally viable again in veilguard you love to see it
shame iâm a mage otherwise theyâd be an instalock
Makes sense when it was inspired by England, right?
you say this but compared to the other games people clocked that dwarves can preview mage in CC and they have animations and fitted armor. mayhapsâŚ
u wot m8. you want sum?
not in MY dragon age
We donât know much about Antivaâs Circle, but Zevran and Wynneâs dialogue implies theyâre similar:-
Zevran: In Antiva, the templars watch the Circle like a jealous husband guarding the chastity of a wanton bride.
Wynne: Interesting metaphor, but yes, it is not too different in Ferelden.
I hope not. Harding being an exception is fine but Rook having a mage option would probably detract from that special-ness a bit.
harding can use magic? did i miss something?
Itâs a new development in DAVe, the reason for it we have yet to discover. iirc thereâs a short video clip of her doing magic and going â???â at it in one of the trailers/previews, so she doesnât know whatâs going on either.
I blame Solas. Itâs a safe bet.
if solas has messed up the veil does that mean dwarves can find their way into the fade now?
iirc they donât go to the fade when they dream which is somehow tied in with their inability to use magic? itâs been a while but i vaguely remember that being the lore in origins
solas or whatever happened in descent
Kill all templars, liberate all mages, embrace elvhen heritage and drink from the well. Morrigan is a shemlen, thatâs my magic puddle.
legit forgot what happened at the end of descent. the only thing that i ever remember is that thundering music as iâm laying the darkspawn low just as the paragons intended
Yeah Dwarves in Dragon Age are incapable of using magic or (conventionally) going into the Fade and dream because they do not HAVE that connection
But it does make them also sorta resistant to magic as a tradeoff, iirc thatâs a racial of theirs when you play DA:O/DA:I
maybe dwarves were the real templars all along
