I also crave sleep bc I am a sick boy and got woken up by an islamic wedding (the tunes were quite literally banging tho)
I also crave sleep because I have small children and additionally, playing Elden Ring right before bed is a terrible idea because my adrenaline goes crazy after a boss and makes it harder to fall asleep.

“Oh, I should answer that but I need to finish this first” → Forgets
“Oh, I forgot about that. Should reply.” → Forgets
“… it’s been a week… how do I answer that now…” → Forgets uncomforbly
