Well, we all agreed to the ToS and there is nothing said there Blizzard needs to balance the servers, they only need to keep them operational, so there is nothing you can sue them for.
This needs to happen, the game is practically dead. I login and think, whats the point in playing, especially on the Horde side in PV. Such a shame, having a really good timeā¦ But its just not worth the effort. PVP takes hours, getting a group for a dungeon takes hours.
They can ignore those mass refund requests.
As you yourself like to point out there is nothing in the ToS about having to refund others if you give free transfers to select servers.
And besides there would not be any mass refund requests anyway. People know itās pointless and would not even try for the most part.
Blizz obviously doesnāt care about making people angry. So why not make at least some people happy once in a while and maybe even retain some customers while at it.
