It is intentionally nerfed and nodes changed since PTR. Why would they buff the spawn rates?
the fact that they touched stuff for Hardcore was already a mistake. But then again, the saddest part about blizzard is that their best games are the ones that they didnt touch or change much for 20 years. speaks volumes about their quality. Also that the Vicarious Visions devs ran immediately after getting renamed to Blizzard lol. The company is SO bad its not even funny at this point.
You cant lead a video game company like you would lead a insurance company or investment firm. The fun of the game correlates directly with the fun the employees have creating them. Take that away and you have a company that creates garbage products and bad support.
