how did you manage to do that? my Lvl 56 Charakter (died on flight) is still dead
Seems that after yesterday big crash some people got their chars ported to gry with 1hp and mana and those that had Ironman buff had that debuff like they died but they were alive, indicating that some chars were saved somehow

You right, blizzard doesnt own him nothing and the other 2k people that died too also can expect nothing because they agreed to the therms.
However we are paying 13€/month to blizzard and we can expect for that charge that we get servers that are not influencing the hc expierence at all.
It is clearly a mistake by blizzard that so many deaths happend and im pretty sure statisticly its an easy to figure out how many people died during the server problems.
And since i saw you posting the terms of agreement everywhere telling everyone we agreed to that. Yes we agreed to the therms even to the point that server issues can caus deaths and there is no compensation for.
However, the massive deaths caused by server problems are massivle influencing the hc xp.
That leads to the point, why we customers should pay 13€/month for a game mode that basicly doesnt excist when servers and blizzard can just do what they want? (which makes sense to a certain point but this is out of proportion).
The power of customers is simple money, and since the servers set by blizzard are destroying massivle the game xp , we customers can unsub and than the therms of agreement dont matter, because we customers dont want to pay 13€/month and spend months of work into the game mode and than randomly die for a reason were not responsible for.
So let me give u an advice keep calm, if there is 1 person with brain at blizzard - they will react tomorrow to that problem.

You can but the vast majority will just start again, also don’t treat HC like Era, be VERY careful about where you go and don’t play when you notice lag.
I do agree, but that did not apply on Stitches. The lag happened very suddenly. There was no way to predict / avoid it if you were in combat. I luckily was fine because I just walked into an inn, but people just were not able to do anything.
