Why not? Phase 2 had way less content than phase 1 did. Phase 1 lasted longer because it took longer for people to discover everything and you also had a longer pre-bis farm. Phase 2 almost put you in pre-bis from having BFD gear and then there was Gnomeregan.
I’m sure there’s a decent chunk of extreme casuals that gets left behind because of this, but I’m sure Blizzard has a general idea of what their general playerbase thinks right now. They can see the numbers

then we might aswell not do the raid in phase 3 if they are gona rush phase what is the point trying doing the raid only around 10 times not even getting close to all the gear you need from the raid if only a new phase comes out… might aswell wait for phase 5 and 60 so peeps have all the time to do the raids and collect their bis

You had 14 CDs for the raid + you have 3(4) more for phase 3. How long do you want to sit on phase 2? 6 months?

3-4 month per phase is reasonable that is around 2 months less than normal classic. this is just stupid if they rush phases. what is to stop them from phase 3 only lasting a month or not even a month lets say 30 days only…

Lmao this mf can’t even count. Phase 2 released on jan 8th. There’s normally 31 days in a month, but february only has 28, which is 3 days less. So for the phase to last a full two months it would only have to last until april 5th. But you see, 2024 is no ordinary year, it is a leap year, in which february is actually 29 days long. That additional day can then be subtracted from the phase length, in which case 2 months is actually smack bad on april 4th. Get rekt, noob.

A lot of people care about their BiS.
The loot system being the absolute worst does not help…
I personally still has not gotten the hammer that is the BiS for retri paladins, so i will never be able to use this in the current tier raid…
I’d say keep the phase active until people have gotten their BiS if the answer to this is “Impossible” then i just say “Make a better loot system”

Kek I’ve had a couple of beers alright. Made some nice burgers as well. Not too shabby for a monday night ngl.
Called it in p2. Said if loot was the same as bfd, my feral would never see the pummeler.
I am glad i skipped this phase on my feral. Just got 40 on him. Best decision i made skipping this phase. The raid was bad for the spec. STV was bad for the spec.

Couldn’t agree more.
This feels obviously rushed and regular players can’t catch their breath.
People saying SoD is dead should open their eyes or simply come back to the game actually.
Players are just everywhere, I see tons of BFD/Gnome raids grouping everyday, no counting a lot of WSG/Arathi Basin, people questing or just farming.
Once more, Blizzard only listens and anwsers the call of sweaty players (a minority) rushing phases contents, then get bored in no time and start trashing the game or casual players (maybe both actually).

P1 was a critical success. P2 a critical failure.
Whith ST as raid, my hopes arent too high for p3 i am afraid. But at least they shorten the relevancy of Gnom and STV “event” 
good.

Pummeler is quite common compared to bfd mace (btw after many BFD, never got mace). However it’s also bis for paladins. If you are lucky you can obtain STV weapon in 1 try which is better when pummeler is on cooldown. I can imagine feral doesn’t work in horde but in alliance people need him!
Yet for my warlock alt, this boss dropped hammer 4 times in a row.
But i have Done BFD all the way from 25 to 34 now without ever seeing any thing good for warlock.

I cleared the raid couple times but im already bored, stv event is a zergfest, nothing special, dungeons are meaningless, sure we can move on to p3. PPl who playing only 1-2 characters they were able to max this out very easily. Others who plays with 8-10 characters is not completely normal mentally anyway so i dont give a **** about them.

You basically created this handy story from scratch or probably after hearing a couple of players getting bored (the same who will rush P3 and start whinning on this very forum around April 20th), all this to make a point.
Yes some players have unfinished business. So ?
Others, like me, want to enjoy their BIS just a bit longer. So ?
There is nothing wrong about this, nope.
You got bored early ? How about doing something else ? Might even be another game you know, and it’s ok.
My n°1 rule is SoD ? No alt, period.
This time I play my main and my main only. Because I also have a life and it’s a very good thing.
I’ve maxed everyting out, witnessing bigs crits and top damages, destroying players in pvp, enjoying selling current endgame enchants and farming in my fav spots.
I must have simple pleasures.
And I still want phase 2 to last a couple of more weeks (let’s say P3 for the end of April, how about that, sounds good to me).
Maybe some players (not necessarily you) should reconsider their relationship with the game and what they actually do in it.
If you are in every BFD/Gnome IDs per week or spam enchants/portals/TP sellings for 8 hours per day while staying in a capital, and then complain about getting bored at some point, maybe the problem isn’t the others after all…those who still manage to enjoy the game.
