I have a wq in tiregard sound. On the place where you need to jump over th fences while you are riding a horse and shoot zeppelins down. I didnt do all the quest in tiregard sound, i wanted to do the wq but i dont have nothing there just a few pupet gnoll but with theese i cant hit the 300 score. I tried to do the quests there too, but i cant see the mobs and nps as well becouse the phase. If i move away a bit then i can see the mobs there, but its not enought to do the quests. I was on a skirmish too but it didnt work. Qesutlog is empty.
Delete all the Tiragarde Sound quests from your quest log and see if it helps.
