Phase Divind doesn't work

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with the Reshii’s Wraps cloak mechanics in K’aresh (Patch 11.2).

My cloak is already upgraded to level 714, but I cannot interact with any Phase Conduits in the zone. They are non-interactive (no “cogwheel” or “hand” icon), and I cannot enter the Phase Diving state.

I cannot see any completed War Within achievements on your character .

Make sure u have done everything to unlock Phase Diving (1st section of the following guide):
