Phase Diving and quest bug

Hello

I’ve been doing the recent questlines for renown in the new 11.2 patch. I have done all the possible main quest lines and phase dived a handful of times now. After some time playing and finishing my mythic 0’s, side quests were gone, which means I can’t do Sojourner of K’aresh, and phase diving also not working at all - I can’t interact with the platforms to do the phase dive. I can’t play the game at all. I have tried everything:

  • Reloaded and restarted the game.
  • Emptied my mail
  • Abandoned all quests which could interact with phase diving.
  • Did unstuck character service.

Also to note, it says I’m renown 22 with the new faction, when I hover my mouse over the city on the map. Something is seriously wrong, and I can’t do anything about it.

I have completed everything with my main character, the warrior, but I cannot see the phasediving and cloak item quests in the main quests with my secondary character, the paladin tank. I have submitted a ticket for this, but the process is moving very slowly and I have not yet received any help.

I am having the same issue, still not resolved. Tried everything.

I had the same issues.
The problem (for me) is that i didn’t do a little series of “purple” quests in the Oasis.
it’s from an NPC named “Shad’anis”
