I abandoned the quest ‘An Urgent Meeting’ at some point, however Stormwind Keep is still phased for this quest. I cannot reacquire the quest due to Henry Garrick not being in the inn in Stormwind, and therefore I cannot progress any quests requiring Stormwind Keep. Any advice?
