Phasing Issue: On Whispered Winds

Dear Support Team,

I finishing the Darkshore questline a couple months ago. I now decided to swap over to Alliance to connect with some old friends. Unfortunately I am stuck in a phasing issue, after taking on the quest “On Whispered Winds”. Based on the quest log I need to talk to Shandris Feathermoon and Maiev Shadowsong in Stormwind Keep - yet both of them are nowhere near the question mark on the map. I can not finish the quest. I am either stuck with the phasing issue in Stormwind or have an owl chasing me in Boralus.

I am a bit weird when it comes to my account and don’t like opening a ticket. Is there a chance to get some help through the forums?

If I recall, they were not actually where the question mark was for me either. Just to confirm, they are in the war room, which if you are looking at the Kings Throne is the room to your right…

Is that where you were?

Yes, I am standing in the right/war room.

Then I am afraid you will need in game assistance as the forum blues here do not work in game and you will need your phase sorted out.
