Wondering as well.
Even went to Winterspring to see if the area with snow changed which buff I got, but this didnt work.
Starting to wonder if it was to do with IRL seasoning. Like when Christmas event goes up, that’s when it switches.
Either way. I feel like Blizzard should clarify these things better.
