Phone Number or Ticket Escalation & formal complaint Process?

Hi all,

Anybody aware of a Blizzard customer service phone number, or a way to escalate ticket waiting times?

Honestly I didn’t know Blizzard even had a customer service team.

They have a team in Ireland I think - trying to contact them outside of the ticketing system is a challenge though.

There are are only bots at blizzard.

There is no phone number, as for tickets you can only wait your turn.

call the us offices in california and ask for bobby

Blizzard’s email format is FirstName.Surname@Blizzard.com, knock yourself out.

Don’t forget to wish him a belated happy 60th birthday for this year.

There are different ticket lines.
For more important tickets, the waiting time can be really short.
I accidentally mailed 60% of my total gold to a wrong character ~2 weeks ago.
I opened a ticket, since its possible to get the mail back, if its not opened yet.
I got a response, and my mail with the gold in it back withing a few hours. And the response was funny, written by an actual human being.
